No art experience needed.

No pressure.

Just a chance to create and learn alongside other mums.

Facilitated by Heidi Beech- a qualified Parent Coach and Mentor who will guide you through key concepts from The Circle of Security.

The Circle of Security is an internationally recognised, research-backed parenting program based on attachment theory. It helps you understand your child and your relationship with them.

Topics explored will include:

Understanding behaviour, building connection, supporting big feelings, being a secure base for our children and the idea of being a "good enough" parent. We will also look at ways to cope during those times you are feeling overwhelmed, angry or lost.

🖌️🎨All art materials included! Creative sessions will include:

-weaving

-collage

-art journalling

-mixed media

-watercolours

and more 🖼️✏️

This is time that is yours, set aside each week to be creative. A chance to chat with other mums. To focus on you without interruption.

Each week we will slowly explore Circle of Security concepts together - through short videos, handouts and self reflection - with plenty of space for questions, real conversation and sharing the wins and challenges of everyday parenting. Woven throughout each session is a growing understanding of your own nervous system and your child's, and why that knowledge makes everything else make sense.

Each session builds on the last, creating a journey rather than just a series of sessions.

Learn what your child is really communicating through their behaviour.

Understand how to be present through the hardest moments.

Explore what triggers you and where it comes from.

Learn how to regulate together and repair when things go wrong.

Most of all letting go of trying to be the perfect parent and understanding how to be "good enough"- because if we approach motherhood from a caring, loving, curious place then we are doing everything we need to. Good enough is enough.

Every week there will be plenty of space for questions, real conversation and the topics that matter most to you.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Heidi heidi@familyharmony.com.au

Starting on Tuesday 3rd November
